We support most of our clients through a remote control system installed on each client computer allowing us very quick access to their computers.  Typically, we are looking at their computer within 1 minute after receiving a call.

This system is not the best option for all our clients.  We purchased a high-end Bomgar Remote Support System to allow remote control access to systems without pre-installed software.

If you are not already a client, we'd still be happy to assist you, however we will require a credit card payment for the first 30 minutes ($75).  Please give us a call and we will make the necessary arrangements.
