We’re proud to announce that first intern, Eagle River High School Senior Claire Bottini, has completed our Get Started in the Web Development Program (GSITWDP). She distinguished herself with her drive and determination to learn new things. She spent time in many parts of web development completing a well-rounded experience.
The program that Claire completed was a four-week, unpaid internship for motivated, young individuals with with interest in programming and marketing. She participated in web-based training and hands-on development in several areas including graphic editing, page/site design, form creation, css editing, and lots of problem solving.
Claire was selected for the program due to her exceptional success in school and extracurricular activities.
Congratulations to our GSITWDP 2014 intern on completing the program. She did an outstanding job and is on her way to becoming an expert web developer.
This program was developed to help educate and encourage young individuals to pursue careers in web development. This was the first installment of our internship program. If you are a high school or college student looking to develop your web development capabilities, please CONTACT US. Please include a resume and an unofficial school transcript. We are looking for students who are self-starters and who are capable of learning complex topics. Experience is not required.
