Expert Approach, Inc. purchased the buildings at 1100 W Cherry St in Vermillion SD including 8000 sq ft of office area and a 2000 sq ft storage building with the expectation of increasing staff up to 40 in the next 5 years. After renting office space for the last 14 years, it was time to set roots and focus on growth. The previous office only had 1800 sq ft of office space.
